Favorite Summer Blushes

Hallelujah! I’m on summer break!!! Time to bust out the bright colors everywhere! For the past month, I’ve started to reach for my favorite summer blushes, and  I just know they will be a staple in my routine this summer.

Favorite Summer Blushes - perfect mix of pink, peach, coral, and orange tones!

I am obsessed with pinks, oranges and corals lately. It’s just so perfect and really makes me smile. Makes the summer heat a little more bearable.

Favorite Summer Blushes - NYX Pinched, Tarte Tipsy, Too Faced Sweet Hearts, Bobbi Brown Peony, theBalm Cabana Boy

NYX Blush in ‘Pinched’

NYX has amazing quality blushes. Such good pigment for the price! The blush in ‘Pinched’ provides the perfect amount of shimmer, so you can skip highlighting. Many compare this to Nars Orgasm blush, and I feel it is the closest I’ve found at the drugstore, although not a dead-on match.

Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush in ‘Tipsy’

This iconic color from Tarte brings the perfect amount of brightness and flush to the cheeks. It’s a bright orange, but totally wearable and quite beautiful.

Too Faced Sweet Hearts Perfect Flush Blush

This blush has three different tones of pink, coral, and peach. When swirled together, they create the perfect flush, but are also beautiful worn alone! The packaging is adorable, too.

Bobbi Brown Blush in ‘Peony’

If you’ve read my blog for some time, you know that this blush is a long time favorite. It’s the most beautiful bright pink, and is universally flattering.

theBalm Cabana Boy Blush

I find this blush to be unique, as it almost has a little purple-ish tone to it, while still feeling super summery. I love how much product that comes in the pan, and the packaging is super slim and practical.

What have you been reaching for lately? Do tell!

Love that Bobbi Brown color! ELF makes a pretty good knock off version too. I used to be scared of how bright it is but I really love it for summer!

Yes, I’ve seen the ELF one! There are a lot of fun bright pink blushes out there, both high and low end. You’re right – they totally give the perfect flush of color! 🙂

You would love them! They have such a great color selection and they last forever on the cheeks. I have Exposed and Tipsy and they are gorgeous.

I love the looks of these. I’m guilty but I buy products with unique cases or covers. Happy Tuesday!

I’ve been using the Too Faced blush nonstop. The packaging got me at Sephora and then I fell in love with the color!

I have the bouncy blush in Fiesta (? I think?) and it is not pigmented at all and doesn’t blend on me! I swear I must have gotten a bad one because so many people love them!
