For my favorites this month, I decided just to go with a post and no video. I have a few videos coming up and didn’t want to overwhelm y’all with them… and honestly, that’s going to be a lot for me to edit!
I’ve been trying and loving a lot of new beauty products lately, and of course I am going to share them with you!
L’Oreal True Match Lumi Healthy Luminous Makeup // I first bought the True Match Lumi Cushion Foundation, and I really loved it. But with more use, I decided it’s not worth it. For one, it’s close to $17 and it’s 0.5 ounces. Most foundations you get at least an ounce. So basically you are paying for a high end foundation. Then, it almost completely ran out on me in about one month! I was so disappointed. It’s so sad because I loved the foundation. Anyway, so I picked up the original Lumi foundation and am so pleased with it. It’s very similar, as a pump, and looks gorgeous on the skin. I’ve really been into more dewy and natural foundations lately, and this one scratches that itch!
Fake Bake Flawless Self-Tanning Liquid & Professional Mitt // I have tried a lot of self tanners. A lot. I am really confident in using them and I start to use them more when it gets warmer. This Fake Bake stuff absolutely blew me away. It has a color indicator when you put it on so you know you are not missing a spot, and it dries incredibly quick. Then it smells the least of any other self tanner I’ve ever used – no joke. The tan looks really natural and it’s fool proof. I’ve used it about 4 times and I cannot say enough good things!
L’Oreal Infallible Pro Contour // L’Oreal sent me a slew of goodies recently, and this was in it. I am super impressed with the cool toned contour powder. The highlight is a very natural shimmer. I didn’t think I would like it, but I ended up really enjoy it. It’s super wearable and great for those lighter makeup days. I filmed my contour tutorial this week and spoiler alert… I mentioned this product! So you’re going to see it again from me next week.
Make Up For Ever Step 1 Skin Equalizer Primer (Hydrating) // I picked this up on a whim, because, like I mentioned before, I have really been into hydrating and luminous foundation looks lately. I really have been enjoying it! It keeps my face hydrated and my makeup in place.
Vaseline Lip Therapy Rosy Lips Tin // You may have caught my Beauty Hacks with Vaseline blog post and video, but I cannot get enough of these babies. I love the rosy lips and keep it in my purse at all times.
Wet n Wild 1 Step Wonder Gel Nail Polish // I have this in two shades – Stay Classy and Condensed Milk. Stay Classy is my favorite! It’s a beautiful rosy mauve color that I always get compliments on when I wear it. It goes on so easily and legit stays on for 5+ days. I am seriously impressed! And these babies are only $4.99! I will say that Condensed Milk is a little more difficult to put on evenly… it takes 3 coats for it to look good. But the color is gorgeous!
What have you been loving lately? You know I gotta know!
