Holiday Blogger Brunch with Baybrook Mall

One thing I love about blogging is the community. I have met some of my closest friends through blogging, some who live far away, and some who live real close. Houston is full of amazing bloggers, and it’s easy to find a great group to belong to. However, Houston is huge. It takes over an hour to get from one end to the other. That’s why it’s really amazing when you can connect with women who live in your neck of the wood, and you all get together for one killer event in your ‘hood.

Dawn and I put together a really fun and amazing shopping event and brunch that was generously hosted by Baybrook Mall. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with women in the southeast suburbs of Houston and come together for one fun and pampering event. Baybrook Mall has undergone a dramatic expansion that includes outdoor shopping and dining. It really is the perfect girls’ day spot!

Our first stop was at Anthropologie at Baybrook Mall, where they put out a gorgeous spread for us and we shopped to our hearts’ content. I picked up quite a few Christmas gifts. The store is a brand new location, and is absolutely stunning! Thank you Anthro Baybrook for your generosity! We loved hanging out with you!

Next stop was Charming Charlie, where we enjoyed more shopping and some Sweets by Syd.

Now for the part we’ve all been waiting for – the food! Maggiano’s Baybrook graciously hosted us (shout out to Chrissy, our amazing server!) and treated us like royalty. Maggiano’s holds a special place in my heart because my husband and I had our wedding reception at the Galleria location. Any time I go back is a special time, indeed! What’s not to like about it, either? So many yummy things to choose from! I may or may not have eaten my entire entree. #noshame

The table was dressed to the nines with gorgeous centerpieces from Kroger and balloons from Big Ass Balloons (seriously my favorite balloons ever)!

We also spoiled all of our guests with some fun gifts and goodies!

I am blown away at what gorgeous items we were able to gift to our guests! Just take a gander…

Of course, what kind of bloggers would we be if we didn’t go and take some oh-so-casual bloggery pics of us gorgeously laughing at one another outside with big confetti balloons?

Thank you so much to our blog friends that joined us!

Thank you so much to Ashley from Hey Pretty Baby Photography for coming out and capturing these photos! She is also a Clear Lake photographer local who specializes in seniors. Her work is stunning!

Also, thank you to Dawn who helped co-host this event with me. We make a great duo! She is such a bright light in the blogging world, and she has a big heart! She is a go-getter, and she knows how to hustle. I love that about her! I hope we can do more events together.

Finally, another huge thank you to Baybrook Mall once again for hosting us and giving these hard working bloggers and moms a well-deserved afternoon out to be pampered. We enjoyed every second of it!
