Since I’ve transitioned in to a full-time blogger, I am trying to stay balanced, I think it’s important to take a few minutes for myself at the end of the day to decompress. To relax, I have really been into trying masks lately. They’re a great way to treat the skin intensely and by concern for a short amount of time. Not to mention, it’s the perfect way to relax and unwind at night. I’m all about giving myself a little pampering and this is forcing me to stop, even if it is just for a few minutes.
One thing I’ve noticed is that it’s hard to find a great peel off mask at an affordable price. I have been on the hunt! Luckily, I’ve found an amazing peel off mask that is wallet-friendly, full of powerhouse ingredients, and just plain fun to pull off your face. (There’s something totally satisfying about a peel-off mask, am I right?)
I’ve been loving the Freeman Beauty Infusion Revitalizing Peel off Mask. It is a serum-infused facial mask that is formulated with natural botanicals. All Freeman Beauty masks are dermatologist tested, not tested on animals, and contain no parabens, sulfates, phthalates, or mineral oil.
The Freeman Beauty Infusion Peel-Off Mask with Pomegranate + Peptides claims to instantly boost radiance, increase resiliency, and refine pores. The peel off mask is formulated with awesome ingredients including antioxidants and peptides. It’s safe for all skin types. I put this to the test, and it seriously reminded me of a high-end peel off mask I had used in the past and loved!
To apply, you spread it over your face, avoiding your hairline and brows. Let it sit about 10-15 minutes to dry. I like to let mine sit about 20 minutes to make sure it’s completely dry, and to let those good-for-you ingredients penetrate the skin real good. Once it’s dry, the fun part begins: peel it off!
Like I mentioned before, peeling off a mask is so satisfying. Haha! It looks pretty creepy – like your skin is peeling off. But, what the peel off mask is doing is exfoliating and revitalizing the skin further. If there are spots that are difficult to peel off, you can take a damp cloth and go over your face at the end. After your remove the mask, you are left with soft-as-a-baby’s-bum skin. No lie. My skin felt amazing.
If you’re interested in picking a mask up for yourself, you can buy at ULTA or buy on Amazon.
Freeman Beauty carries other masks, like the Beauty Infusion Cleansing Clay Mask with Charcoal + Probiotics. They also have travel sizes and packs, which are perfect for long plane rides or adjusting to different climates. Learn more about these amazing affordable masks and pick one up for yourself!

I personally think this is really cool – first as a face mask that’s good for my skin, second for the fun I’ll have re-enacting Arya’s latest scenes in Game of Thrones. 🙂

I love peel off masks! In the 70’s I used a Max Factor blue mask applied with a brush and I was hooked!
