Tula Skincare Review + $100 Credit Giveaway!

Disclosure: Tula sent me these products for review and is hosting this giveaway. I am not being compensated for this post. Opinions 100% mine.

Tula Skincare - Contains probiotics, or the “good bacteria” and ingredients that aid in digestive health to protect your skin against environmental conditions that harm and age your skin.

If you saw my skincare routine post, you know that I am an absolute nut about skincare. I don’t post as often on my blog about it, because I am very picky about products. If you read that post, you know that I don’t just use luxury skincare for the sake of using luxury products. I want potent and effective ingredients. I like the science and research behind ingredients, and what works best for the skin.

When Tula reached out, I was automatically intrigued with the research behind this brand. The products were developed by a gastroenterologist, who believes that using probiotics on the skin, just like you do your gut, balances it. That is so interesting to me. I also researched the ingredients in all of the products, and it looks to me that they are potent and what I am looking for. They are also not formulated with parabens, mineral oil, petrolatum, and phthlalates. The products are not tested on animals. To me, this looked like solid research and ingredients, so I jumped right on and was thrilled to try the products! Let’s talk about what they sent.

Tula Hydrating Day & Night Cream

Tula Hydrating Day & Night Cream

The Tula Hydrating Day & Night Cream is a luxurious moisturizer that contains those probiotics the brand is known for, but also Vitamins A, C, E, fruit/vegetable extracts, Omega fatty acids, and much more good-for-you ingredients. I am very picky when it comes to a good moisturizer. I have been layering this over my serums in the night and in the morning and I love it. It has not broken me out. I find that it is highly moisturizing without feeling heavy on the skin. I will say, that it is a bit thick and I use a little less in the morning than I do at night. I do like that it’s thick and luxurious – something I definitely need in my thirties.

Tula Exfoliating Treatment Mask

Tula Exfoliating Treatment Mask

The Tula Exfoliating Treatment Mask is a “dual-phase treatment that gently exfoliates old, dead skin cells to reveal the look of a hydrated, glowing complexion.” Yes, please! I am not a huge mask freak, but I’ve been trying to get into them more lately. I absolutely love this mask because it is purifying to my pores, and when you wash it off, you rub the mask around in circles and it exfoliates. I love that. It smells lovely and the light blue color is also pretty and spa-like.

Tula Exfoliating Treatment Mask

Overall, I’m very impressed with this brand. The packaging is absolutely lovely, the products smell and feel luxurious, they perform amazingly, and best of all, they are formulated with ingredients I want to put on my face!
